The second round of auditions took place on Sunday 5th April.

Of the entrants that took to the stage, 16 were chosen to go forward to the semi finals. "We had singers to puppeteers, Buddy Holly tribute act to a human beat boxer with ages ranging from 12 to 55 years", said Steve Cotney, Centre Manager of The Chantry Centre.
