Harrow Way Community School matched last year's figure of 63% of pupils achieving at least five A*-C grade GCSEs.
The school also saw 45% of pupils pick up the same with maths and English.
Head teacher Charlie Currie said: "I'm very pleased. The students have worked so hard together with their teachers and support staff. We've had some outstanding individual results and I'm particularly pleased that every student has left with a GCSE in English and maths so everyone leaves Harrow Way with a qualification and it's a testiment really to the school's inclusive nature."
