Hundreds of people with disabilities have been testing out their sporting prowess to see whether it's something they want to take up in the future.
A disability sports festival was held at Andover's Leisure Centre on Sunday to give youngsters and their families a chance to try out a range of activities.
Test Valley Borough Council organised it and Ross Jones from there says they really want to encourage more inclusion in sport: "There's the fitness angle of it, there's getting kids used to competition but it's also about the social side. That's the main role of today - kids coming along to try out the activities alongside their friends and family and it's just about getting involved and getting out there."
Local sports clubs went along to show what people can get involved with, including rugby, football, trampolining, table tennis, boxing and even fencing.
Andover Archers were there too, and Paul Flippance explains what practical differences there are between able-bodied and disabled competitors: "The equipment the disabled archers use is exactly the same. A disabled archer can compete on the same terms as an able-bodied archer.
"We've had a lot of disabled people taking part so it's been very good."
