The head coach of Andover Rugby Club's first team says their season so far would have been better if there was more of a consistent crop of players turning up each week.
The All Blacks haven't had a bad campaign, and currently lie 8th in the London 3 South West Division.
But John Crozier thinks the results could have improved had the 60 players signing up in pre-season has kept themselves involved with the squad.
He still believes there's a good chance they'll finish with flurry of decent results though: "I would definitely want to see us in the top half of this league, if we're going to seriously crack on and make a go of it, we have to be in the top half.
"We've shown already we can beat the best sides in this league, we've beaten some of the favourite sides, quite comprehensively, when we can get our best team out. We haven't picked the same side twice this season and we're more than half way through, that's been out challenge - consistency." |
