It's fireworks season!

The bonfire and fireworks season is upon us and depsite the cancellation of this year's main display in Andover, there are still plenty of bangers, Catherine wheels and sparklers to see across North West Hampshire!

Here are some of the events that are planned over this weekend:

Sunday 8th November - Andover

Anton Junior School is holding a fireworks extravaganza as they look to raise money for their new Music, Dance and Drama Studio.

Venue - Barlows Lane, Andover from 5pm.

There'll be stalls, funfair rides and refreshments - tickets are £2.50 each or £10 for a family ticket (2 adults and 3 children) and can be bought from the school.

Sunday 8th November - Abbotts Ann

Abbotts Ann C of E Primary is hosting a fireworks display to raise money for the School and Playing Fields.

Venue - Bulbery Sports Field, Red Rice Lane, Abbotts Ann from 5.30pm. The bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm with the fireworks starting from 7.15pm.

Tickets are available from the Village Shop and the Eagle.
