Twinings hope that over three quarters of Andover people who lose their jobs as they restructure will find other jobs.
That's according to North West Hampshire's MP who has met with a director of the company following the news that 129 people could lose their jobs there.
Sir George Young spoke to Marcus Cotter-Stone, the International Supply Director, at Westminster.
Sir George has said that Mr Cotter-Stone explained that some of that number will be temporary staff, some will retire and they hope to help 80% of the rest to find another job.
