Simplyhealth's Bothered Britain

It's a big day at the start of a big week for one of Andover's biggest employers.

Simplyhealth releases its annual health report today at the beginning of a special five days of events.

The Bothered Britain Week will see the company focus on family, workplace, community and personal health.


Marlborough Lines Opening

North West Hampshire's long military history can add another important event to its list this week as Andover officially becomes home to the British Army.

The new headquarters for Land Forces will be declared fully operational on Thursday.

The Minister for Armed Forces, Nick Harvey MP and the Commander in Chief General Sir Peter Wall will do the honours.

Just over 2,000 military and civilian personnel are now working at the refurbished site next to the A303 which has been re-named ‘Marlborough Lines'.
