Hundreds gathered in Andover Town Centre on Tuesday 16th February for the annual Pancake Race!
It's all organised by the Newbury Building Society with the aim of raising money for the Mayor of Test Valley's charities.
Teams from across the town took part including Waitrose, Lloyds, Le Creuset and the Police.
Andover Sound also had a team and were pitched up in the first heat against Waitrose and the Police. Sadly it didn't go as well as Andover Sound hoped as the team finished last!
In the final, Waitrose and Newbury Building Society took on last year's winners Lloyds neither were unable to deny the company another victory!
Sandra Smith from Newbury Building Society was delighted with how it went: "It was really competitive today - the best we've ever had in the four years! I think because it fell in half term that made a big difference."
Congratulations to everyone who took part and helped raise £180 for charities including Andover Young Carers and the Countess of Brecknock Hospice. The Mayor himself was delighted with the total despite his team not making the final: "They came a credible second in their heat. We're all going into training for next year to try and do a little better!
"We're very pleased. It's raised some money for the charities and they're all very worthy causes and my wife and I are very grateful for everybody turning out."

Pammy of GYR8 Bellydance of Andover says:
17:49 on Tuesday 16th February 2010
"O what fun! Sadly I couldn't get into town for the race, but listened in and cheered Andover Sound on of course. I pledge on behalf of GYR8 Bellydance to enter a team for 2011 and we WILL be in full bellydance costume! Will we get extra points for shimmying our way down the street?"
