A sports club based in Charlton has been recognised as one of the best in the country.

Andover's BMX Club has picked up the Club Mark status from Sport England this week.

It's like a qualification to show they have expert coaches trained by the British Cycling governing body, as well as good facilities and the right support network for youngsters to get into the activity.

The Club's been working with Test Valley Borough Council on the maintenance of the track, which often hosts regional competitions.
