The Vitality Show is the UK's largest health and beauty show and takes place at Earl's Court in London from 18th-21st March 2010.

At The Vitality Show, there's everything you could possibly want and more to make you look good and feel great - pampering from top to toe, try a new look or different product, shop 'til you drop, pick up hints and tips from celebs and experts, hang out with your girlfriends and have a great time – it's the ultimate girls' day out!
