Iain Meadows

Born, to an English mother and Scottish father, “Meadows” always had a hankering to do some “creative”, much to his parents horror, and still to this day, he is regularly told by his mother to get a proper job, although he has yet to define what proper actually is.

In the course of pursuing his ambitions to be creative, Meadows has been heard on stations as diverse as Spire FM, Spirit FM, doing a national nightly talk show on TalkSport, playing around on new regional station Original 106 and now, his greatest passion, presenting breakfast shows on Andover Sound.

Meadows is also interested in writing and has recently completed his first comedy pilot, although there was that book he once wrote....
Educated to degree standard (humanities 2:1 BA Hons), in his spare time Meadows confesses to being a fan of shows like 24, Family Guy and Doctor who  - the latter inspired his collection of Sci-Fi props including two full size Daleks!

A proper Libran by birth, he is often considered when it comes to deciding on what to eat in restaurants, and has been described as “Eccentric”, which is perhaps a nicer way of saying subversive!
